The State Bank of Vietnam held a ceremony to announce the Governor’s decision appointing Nguyen Huyen Diu as Deputy Director General of its Monetary Policy Department. Decision No. 2633/QD-NHNN dated 4 July 2025 appoints Diu, previously Head of the Research and Synthesis Division, for a five-year term from the date of appointment and takes effect from the signing date. Deputy Governor Pham Thanh Ha presented the decision and framed the appointment as a response to the department’s growing workload and its central role in advising and operating monetary policy.
