The Central Bank of Cyprus has issued Tender Notice 02/2026 inviting economic operators to bid to provide 24-hour maintenance and system management services for its monitoring system, together with security information and event management (SIEM) services, for a three-year period. The contract will be awarded through an open procedure to the most economically advantageous offer based on price, with an estimated value of EUR 370,000 excluding VAT. Tender documents are available electronically until 17 April 2026, and bids must be submitted by 12:00 Cyprus time on 17 April 2026 in a single sealed outer envelope containing three separate sealed sub-envelopes covering conditions of participation, the technical offer and the financial offer.
