The Arab Monetary Fund, in partnership with the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia and other regional and international organizations, is organizing a regional workshop in Abu Dhabi on implementing the System of National Accounts 2025 and developing Digital Supply and Use Tables, running from 9 to 11 September 2025. The programme focuses on strengthening member countries’ understanding of the updated national accounts framework, supporting preparation of digital supply and use tables, and addressing statistical issues linked to the digital economy, sustainability, and economic well-being. It also includes a high-level session with leaders from international and regional institutions on how to support implementation of the new system and enhance statistical cooperation, with the AMF highlighting the workshop’s role in exchanging expertise and strengthening Arab countries’ statistical capacities.
