The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic reported enforcement action following an inspection by its Osh regional office, suspending the licences of three currency exchange bureaux and fining another for breaches of Kyrgyz legislation and National Bank regulatory requirements. OsOO “Valyuta MMA” (licence No. 6362) in Uzgen, Osh region was suspended from 25 November to 1 December 2025 inclusive. OsOO “Valyuta Grupp” (licence No. 6337) in Osh was suspended from 25 November to 4 December 2025 inclusive, and OsOO “Global Valyuta” (licence No. 6533) in Osh was suspended from 26 November to 5 December 2025 inclusive. A separate exchange bureau in the Uzgen district of Osh region was fined KGS 55,000.
