The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market approved a package of authorisations affecting collective investment products and capital markets participants, including registrations linked to fund securities issuance and several firm-specific licensing and governance decisions. Draft articles of association and the registration of share issues to form initial authorised capital were approved for JSC ZNVCIF OKTAVA, MILANO, ELYON, GRANDE, WELLNESS, BRUNEI, VALENCIA and ORLEANS. Registrations of share issues for collective investment and the related prospectuses were approved for JSC ZNVCIF LAVOR-CAPITAL, MYKONOS, CCS FINANCE and MAXWELL, while registrations and prospectuses for investment certificates were approved for ETALON Investment Mutual Investment Fund and MIR Mutual Investment Fund of Energia-Capital Asset Management Company LLC. The Commission refused to suspend the capital markets professional activity licence of Asset Management Company PRIMOCOLLECT-CAPITAL LLC, approved the appointment of an internal auditor at Ukrainian Energy Exchange LLC, terminated the capital markets licences of Polohy Registrar LLC and ON-LINE CAPITAL LLC, and registered the report on the results of a share issue by PJSC Ukrainian Financial Housing Company.
