The Sri Lanka Securities and Exchange Commission published a revised list of auditors eligible to conduct statutory audits of Public Listed Companies for financial years beginning on or after 1 January 2026, excluding companies listed on the Empower Board. The eligible audit firms are Ernst & Young Sri Lanka, KPMG Sri Lanka, Deloitte Partners, Deloitte Associates, BDO Partners, B. R. De Silva & Co., Kreston MNS & Co., Baker Tilly Edirisinghe & Co., Jayasinghe & Company, Wijeyeratne & Company, Amerasekera & Co., D.H.P. Munaweera & Company, Moore Aiyar, Tudor V. Perera & Co., T&D Associates, Nihal Hettiarachchi & Company, and RTA Lanka.

The Sri Lanka Securities and Exchange Commission has published a revised list of audit firms eligible to conduct statutory audits of Public Listed Companies for financial years beginning on or after 1 January 2026, excluding companies listed on the Empower Board. The list includes 17 named firms, including Ernst & Young Sri Lanka, KPMG Sri Lanka, Deloitte Partners, Deloitte Associates, BDO Partners, and other specified local firms.
