Minutes issued by Boursa Kuwait Securities Company confirmed the sale of 36,639,089 Jazeera Airways shares to Bodi Real Estate Accreditation Company, representing 16.65% of the company’s shares. Bodi Real Estate Accreditation Company is a subsidiary of Jassim & Marwan Marzouq Bodi Group, which held 55.61% of Jazeera Airways’ capital prior to the transaction. Following the acquisition, the group’s total ownership increased to 72.26% of Jazeera Airways’ capital.
