The Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) published a threshold-crossing notice stating that Sanlam Maroc sold Label Vie shares and, as a result, crossed downward through the 5% participation threshold in the company’s share capital. Sanlam Maroc reported selling 81,350 Label Vie shares on 2 February 2026, comprising 32,850 shares on the central market and 48,500 shares on the block market, at a price of MAD 4,300 per share. Following the transaction, it declared holding 63,927 shares, representing 2.21% of Label Vie’s share capital. Within six months following the threshold crossing, Sanlam Maroc indicated it intends to stop its sales of the security.
