Türkiye’s Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Agency announced that its Board has decided to temporarily suspend the intermediation (brokerage) activities of Sigortafix Reasürans ve Sigorta Brokerliği AŞ under Article 1 and Article 32(2) and (4) of Insurance Law No. 5684 and Article 21(3) of the Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers Regulation.

Türkiye’s Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Agency has temporarily suspended the brokerage activities of Sigortafix Reasürans ve Sigorta Brokerliği AŞ. The decision was made under Article 1 and Article 32(2) and (4) of Insurance Law No. 5684 and Article 21(3) of the Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers Regulation.
