The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market held a training session for its specialists on the Law of Ukraine “On Administrative Procedure”, aimed at strengthening understanding of the law’s key provisions and how they apply in practice. The session was delivered by Viktor Tymoshchuk, an expert from the EU project “Continuing to support comprehensive public administration reform (EU4PAR2)”. Discussions focused on the novelties of the Law on Administrative Procedure (ZAP), including procedural standards and principles governing interactions between public authorities, citizens and businesses, with practical implications considered in light of the Commission’s work as a collegial body and regulator.
