The Thailand Office of Insurance Commission launched the first cohort of a training program for journalists, influencers and other insurance communicators. The 30 participants received instruction intended to improve the accuracy and accessibility of public information about insurance across traditional and online media. The program covered insurance claims and policyholder rights, the commission’s regulatory direction, legal and ethical requirements for insurance communications, and practical content production. It is the first commission program to train journalists and influencers under the same curriculum, with a second cohort planned by the end of 2026.
