The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission announced that Lighthouse Corporate Services Ltd waived its authorisation to provide administrative services under the Law Regulating Companies Providing Administrative Services and Related Matters of 2012, with effect from 31 December 2024. As a result, the firm’s CySEC authorisation (No. 73/196) lapsed from that date and the company has ceased providing administrative services. In line with section 16(2) of the law, CySEC permanently deleted the company from the register of licensed persons.

Consequently, its CySEC authorization (No. 73/196) lapsed, and the company has ceased operations. CySEC has permanently removed the company from the register of licensed persons.
