The Angola Capital Markets Commission approved the registration of CINE4U – Prestação de Serviços, Lda as a corporate real estate valuer for collective investment undertakings. As part of the same process, the Commission also registered two individual valuers, João Salvador Caiaia and Melanie Ariete Fernandes Calembe de Oliveira, who are authorised to act exclusively on behalf of CINE4U. The firm is authorised to carry out valuations of properties held in the asset portfolios of collective investment undertakings.
