The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic said Bishkek hosted the 30th meeting of the Advisory Council on Foreign Exchange Policy of the central and national banks of Eurasian Economic Union member states. Participants reviewed the current macroeconomic situation and the monetary policy being implemented across EAEU countries. On the sidelines of the meeting, the parties signed a memorandum of cooperation on the development of digital financial infrastructures in EAEU member states. The agenda also covered other current central bank issues, including standards for credit institutions and the regulation and development of artificial intelligence in financial markets.

The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic said Bishkek hosted the 30th meeting of the Eurasian Economic Union central banks' Advisory Council on Foreign Exchange Policy. Participants discussed macroeconomic conditions, monetary policy, credit institution standards and artificial intelligence in financial markets, and signed a memorandum on cooperation to develop digital financial infrastructures across EAEU member states.
