The Central Bank of Libya has opened applications and nominations for three awards linked to the 5th Arab Conference on Savings and Financial Literacy 2026, which it will host in Tripoli from 7 to 9 September 2026. The awards are intended to promote innovation in financial literacy and financial inclusion across Libya and the Arab region and target researchers, institutions, content creators and innovative projects. The three categories are Best Scientific Research Award, Best Financial Literacy Initiative Award and Best Awareness Content Award. The first focuses on research papers and practical solutions to advance financial literacy, the second recognizes implemented initiatives and projects that have strengthened financial awareness and inclusion, and the third is aimed at young people and creators producing visual and digital awareness content. Submissions and nominations are due by 15 August 2026. First-place winners will be recognized during the conference closing ceremony, and their work will be published in the conference proceedings and featured on its digital platforms.
