The Vietnam State Securities Commission has instructed 11 listed individuals to pay a VND 1 million per-person fee to complete the process for obtaining securities practice certificates. The fee is payable by bank transfer or directly to the commission under the applicable Ministry of Finance fee rules. Recipients who do not complete the procedures to receive their certificates within one year of the fee notice will have the issued certificates canceled. Individuals receiving electronic certificates must retrieve them through their registered online accounts and fulfill any related obligations.
