The Vietnam State Securities Commission published a notice on the payment of fees for granting securities practising certificates, instructing six named individuals to pay the required fee to complete their certification process. The notice also warns that certificates may be cancelled if recipients do not complete the procedure to receive them within a specified timeframe. The fee is set at VND 1,000,000 per person, in line with Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges applied at the Commission. Payment can be made by bank transfer to accounts held by the State Securities Commission Office at VietinBank or Vietcombank, or paid directly at the Commission, with transfer details required to include the recipient’s name, identification document number and the type of practising certificate. If, within one year from the Commission’s fee-payment notice, the recipient does not complete the process to collect the certificate, the Commission will issue a decision to revoke the certificate that has been granted.
