The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person, set under Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the Commission’s accounts at Vietinbank or Vietcombank, or paid directly at the Commission, with transfer details including the recipient’s name and identification document number. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year of the fee-payment notice, the Commission will cancel the certificate that has been issued.
