The Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) announced the results of its Annual General Meeting board election, with members re-electing 10 directors and electing two directors for the first time after their appointment during the past year. The elected directors for two-year terms are Independent directors Kathryn Chisholm, Miranda Hubbs, Helena Gottschling, Louis Marcotte, Philip Mayers, Jennifer Newman and Laura Tamblyn Watts, and Industry directors Debra Doucette, Robert Frances, Kevin Kennedy, Michelle Khalili and Timothy Mills. Kevin Kennedy and Helena Gottschling had been appointed during board meetings earlier in the year. CIRO also noted that Rhonda Goldberg continues a two-year term elected at the 2024 AGM, and that President and Chief Executive Officer Andrew Kriegler is a board member.
