The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority published a sanctions update notifying licenceholders that the Isle of Man Treasury, Customs and Immigration Division has issued new and updated information on the Russia and Global Human Rights sanctions regimes. The Treasury updates, published via Isle of Man Government news releases dated 20 May 2025, cover a Russia general licence on legal services fees, updates to financial and shipping sanctions relating to Russia, and updates to the Global Human Rights financial sanctions regime. The notice also directs firms to the Treasury’s Sanctions and Export Control webpage for current sanctions notices and highlights subscription options for ongoing alerts, including an RSS feed for sanctions news releases and the UK Treasury’s Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation email alert service.
