The action was taken by the Bank's Board under Article 107.1.2 of the Law on Insurance Activity. The revoked licences are those of Z Corporation LLC, Eldar Nabi Aliyev and Roya Khaligverdi Muradova. The notice identifies their licence numbers as SA-0211, 000381 and SA-0310 respectively, with original licence dates of 11 January 2021, 13 November 2010 and 12 January 2024.
