The Kazakhstan Ministry of Finance has prepared draft amendments to the rules for preparing, submitting and reviewing budget requests. The changes would align the rules with Budget Code provisions governing the emergency state budget and legislation covering financial market modernization and digitalization, bankruptcy and the assessment of state bodies. The draft was posted on the Open Regulatory Legal Acts portal on Sept. 23 for public discussion.
