The Executive Board of Sweden’s Riksbank has appointed Anna Sjulander as the new Head of the Markets Department. Sjulander joins from SEB, where she was Head of SSA Origination, Debt Capital Markets, CIB, and previously held a range of managerial roles at the Swedish National Debt Office, including Head of the Debt Management Department. She will take up the role on 13 January 2026. Anders Gånge will remain Acting Head of the Markets Department until Sjulander assumes the position, after which he will return to his previous role as Deputy Head of the Markets Department.

The Executive Board of Sweden’s Riksbank has appointed Anna Sjulander as the new Head of the Markets Department, effective 13 January 2026. Sjulander, previously Head of SSA Origination at SEB, will succeed Anders Gånge, who will return to his role as Deputy Head.
