The Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City has appointed Mike Casey, president and chief operating officer of Tuff Shed, Inc. in Denver, to fill a vacant seat on its Denver Branch Board of Directors. The appointment was made by the Kansas City Fed’s head office board of directors and takes effect immediately for the unexpired portion of a three-year term ending December 31, 2027. The Denver Branch Board comprises seven directors. Four are appointed by the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City’s board of directors and three by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. Branch directors meet to confer on economic and financial developments and business conditions.

The seven-member Denver Branch Board, with four directors appointed by the Kansas City Fed and three by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, meets to discuss economic and financial developments and business conditions.
