The Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis appointed Alene Tchourumoff as chief human resources officer (CHRO), putting her in charge of the Human Resources and Inclusion Division and the Learning Management Support Office. Tchourumoff will also continue to lead Community Development and Engagement, including the Center for Indian Country Development. Her current responsibilities also include serving as the Bank’s Equal Employment Opportunity officer and acting as executive sponsor of the ASCEND Employee Resource Network.
