National Bank of Moldova approves banks' counterparty credit risk regulation effective 1 October 2026
The National Bank of Moldova has approved a Regulation on counterparty credit risk treatment for banks and amended related normative acts under Decision No. 220. These changes will take effect on 1 October 2026.
