Panama’s Superintendency of the Securities Market issued a reminder that licensed securities houses and stock exchanges must pay the 2025 supervision fee for the third quarter within 30 calendar days in October 2025, in the applicable minimum or maximum amount based on their third-quarter transactions. The notice also clarifies that, following Agreement 2-2025 amending parts of Agreement No. 11-2013, securities houses no longer need to submit the RP-DS-3 form. Payments may be made by certified or cashier’s cheque payable to the Superintendency or by bank transfer. For transfers, firms are instructed to contact the Treasury Department in advance for bank details and to send proof of payment; once funds are credited, the Superintendency will issue a PDF receipt by email, with original receipts available for collection at its offices.
