The Vietnam State Securities Commission has issued a notice requiring seven individuals named in an attached list to pay the fee for issuance of a securities practicing certificate in order to complete the certification process. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person, in line with Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on fees and charges in the securities sector applied at the commission. Payment may be made by bank transfer or directly at the commission. If a person granted a securities practicing certificate does not complete the procedure to receive it within one year from the commission's notice to pay the fee, the commission will issue a decision canceling the certificate.
