The Central Bank of Bahrain has announced the 15 Bahraini graduates selected for its GP15 Graduate Development Program, an inaugural six-month training initiative intended to develop national talent for the financial services sector. Shortlisted candidates from universities in Bahrain and abroad were required to have earned a bachelor’s degree within the past two years with a minimum GPA of 3.25, and were assessed through an aptitude test and personal interviews. GP15 combines cross-functional exposure with project-based assignments, workshops and field visits, with a focus on building competencies in financial analysis, banking strategies and broader industry knowledge, and the induction included an introduction to the CBB’s mandate and strategic role.
