The Polish Financial Supervision Commission (KNF)’s National Working Group for benchmark reform has launched a consultation on a draft recommendation setting out principles and methods for using the POLSTR reference index, including indices from the POLSTR Compound Indices Family, in new contracts. The proposed recommendation covers the execution of new contracts for banking products as well as leasing and factoring. The consultation runs until 11 August 2025.
