The Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) has suspended the Australian financial services (AFS) licence of Vestiuum CSF Pty Ltd (Vestiuum) until 19 August 2025 after it ceased carrying on a financial services business in December 2021. The suspension provides Vestiuum time to complete steps it has taken to relaunch its financial services business and be in a position to resume operations. Vestiuum has held an AFS licence since 23 January 2019, authorising it to provide general product advice and crowd-funding services to retail and wholesale clients via an offer platform. Vestiuum may apply to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of ASIC’s decision.
