The Brazilian Superintendence of Private Insurance has launched a new phase of publishing its Complaints Ranking, widening access to the data through the authority’s social media channels and presenting rankings by sector. Posts will cover insurance, open private pensions and capitalisation, and include guidance on how to use SUSEPCon, the interactive dashboard that consolidates supervisory data and indicators. Company positions are calculated using the RppA index (complaints weighted by collections), which relates the number of complaints to premium or contribution volumes to enable proportional comparison across firms; the tool is updated quarterly, with data published about 60 days after each quarter ends.
