The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market held a series of webinars to explain how market participants must submit financial statements under updated requirements, including filing through the Financial Reporting System collection centre. The briefings were positioned as practical preparation for the transition to a single mandatory XBRL format and the cancellation of XML reporting from 1 November 2025. More than 700 market participants joined the sessions. The Commission demonstrated frs.gov.ua functionality for registering reporting entities and authorised persons, accessing methodological materials, and using free software to create electronic reporting files, alongside a walkthrough of the Financial Reporting System user e-cabinet; questions collected during pre-registration were addressed, and webinar recordings and supporting materials were made available.
