Hong Kong's Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau announced that the Financial Secretary has reappointed Ms Miranda Kwok Pui-fong and Mr Sun Yu as members of the Risk Management Committee of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, under section 65 of the Securities and Futures Ordinance. The reappointments take effect from 1 July 2025 for a term of two years. Established in March 2000, the Risk Management Committee formulates risk management policies related to the activities of HKEX and its subsidiaries for submission to the HKEX Board. The committee is chaired by HKEX Chairman Mr Carlson Tong Ka-shing, and other serving members include Mrs Susan Chow Woo Mo-fong, Mr Hugo Leung Pak-hon, the Executive Director (Supervision of Markets) of the Securities and Futures Commission, the Executive Director (Monetary Management) of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, and the Chairman of Hong Kong Interbank Clearing Limited.

The Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau of Hong Kong announced the reappointment of Ms Miranda Kwok Pui-fong and Mr Sun Yu to the Risk Management Committee of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, effective 1 July 2025 for a two-year term. The committee, chaired by HKEX Chairman Mr Carlson Tong Ka-shing, formulates risk management policies for HKEX and its subsidiaries.
