The Thailand Office of Insurance Commission co-organised the “We All Pride Chonburi 2025” event with the Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization and the Rainbow Sky Association of Thailand, positioning insurance literacy and equal access to insurance as part of broader LGBTQIAN+ inclusion efforts. The Office used the event to communicate insurance rights and coverage options for all groups, spanning life and health insurance as well as products such as property, accident, travel and pet insurance. It also highlighted the removal of previous constraints in the insurance system so that spouses in same-sex marriages can name their partner as a policy beneficiary under the law on the same basis as other spouses, and hosted a “Talk Equal Rights, Equal Insure” panel with representatives from the Thai Life Insurance Agents and Financial Advisors Association.
