The design and build contractor will retain full responsibility for design, regulatory compliance and the controlled demolition of two existing stone masonry buildings. The consultant will review contractor documentation, submit approval and permit materials to the relevant authorities on the bank’s behalf, attend site meetings and provide additional site attendance when required.
