The National Bank of Georgia has developed and published an initial draft Market Conduct Supervision Strategy for 2025–2027, setting out its planned approach to market conduct supervision and consumer protection. The draft aims to increase transparency on the National Bank of Georgia’s vision, priorities and planned actions for consumer protection, support internal planning, and improve financial organisations’ awareness of upcoming supervisory activity. It sets out the main priorities and directions for market conduct supervision, along with evaluation indicators and a monitoring process. Stakeholders can submit substantiated comments in the prescribed format by 4 July 2025.
