The Financial System Supervisory Authority of Bolivia participated for the first time in the Credicorp Financial Group’s supervisory college, expanding its cross-border coordination on consolidated supervision and risks that could affect Bolivia’s financial stability and depositors. Alongside regulators from Chile, Peru, Colombia, Panama and the United States, the authority exchanged supervisory information, methodologies and tools. Participants examined oversight of Credicorp across jurisdictions and received an update from the group’s senior executives on its short and medium-term regional strategy, allowing regulators to adjust their supervisory approaches.
