The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market updated the membership of certain Commission committees and adopted a package of registration and licensing decisions covering securities issuances, prospectus documentation, fund charters, and selected appointments. The approvals included registration of the results report for a series C bond issue without a public offer by YAVIR-INVEST LLC, registration of a share issue and related prospectus for JSC "ZNVCIF "DENAL INVEST"" for collective investment purposes, and registration of a share issue by JSC "Decarbonization Fund of Ukraine" without a public offering. The Commission also approved several appendices to the prospectuses for NovaPay Credit LLC corporate bonds across series L, D, E, J and B, approved draft charters and share issue registrations for JSC "ZNVCIF "VL INVEST"" and JSC "ZNVCIF "CARPATHIAN CAPITAL"" to form initial authorized capital, and agreed amendments to the draft charters of the OPEN NON-STATE PENSION FUND "PRICHIMOST" and the OPEN NON-STATE PENSION FUND "POKROVA". In addition, it approved the appointment of an individual to perform the compliance manager and risk manager functions at RBAIL ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC and approved the candidacy of a member of the Council of the National Bank of Ukraine.

The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market updated committee memberships and approved registration and licensing decisions, including securities issuances, prospectus documentation, and fund charters for YAVIR-INVEST LLC, JSC "ZNVCIF "DENAL INVEST"", and JSC "Decarbonization Fund of Ukraine". The Commission also approved appointments for compliance and risk management roles at RBAIL ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC and a Council member for the National Bank of Ukraine.
