The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) announced two new appointments to its Board of Directors and the re-appointment of three existing board members, setting out the effective dates and term lengths for each. Steve Geist and Douglas E. Turnbull joined the board for two-year terms effective 1 May 2025. Joanne De Laurentiis was re-appointed as Chair with a six-month extension effective 28 June 2025, while Peggy McCallum and Lucie Tedesco were re-appointed for three-year terms effective 18 May 2025 and 13 July 2025, respectively.
