Entrants must submit a three-to-five-minute video examining whether the Bahamian economy would thrive more if customers had full access to banks’ foreign currency credit and deposit facilities. Primary and secondary school entrants require parental or guardian consent. Submissions close at 11:59 p.m. on Oct. 31, 2026, and entrants grant the Central Bank permission to use their videos and related materials for promotion and public education.
