The Vietnam State Securities Commission has issued a notice requiring 18 individuals named in an attached list to pay the fee for issuance of a securities practising certificate in order to complete the licensing procedure. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person under the Ministry of Finance fee rules for the securities sector. Payment can be made by bank transfer or directly to the commission. If a person who has been granted a certificate does not complete the procedure to collect it within one year from the commission's notice to pay the fee, the commission will issue a decision canceling that certificate.
