The Argentina Superintendency of Insurance issued a public warning that Elemental Seguros S.A. is not authorised to operate as an insurer or to market insurance in any capacity, including as an insurance producer adviser (PAS) or institorio agent, and said the notice aims to protect potential policyholders from contracting coverage with an unlicensed firm or operator.
