The Argentina Superintendency of Insurance has enabled insurers, from 14 April 2025, to submit weekly and monthly investment information in the production environment of its Régimen de Información (RI) system, setting a transition away from submissions via SINENSUP. Insurers that want to file through RI must request activation in the Régimen de Información via the TAD procedure “SSNA00192 – Responses to Notifications of Evaluation Management”, referencing Circular IF-2025-21502869-APN-GE#SSN in the “N° GDE of the notification received” field, confirming their intent to start filing through RI, and providing the name of the SINENSUP-registered administrator user to receive permissions to manage internal users. Once production access is granted, the option to upload investment information through SINENSUP will be disabled. The RI test environment for weekly and monthly investment reporting and the SINENSUP module will remain available until 10 July 2025; after that date, investment information can only be submitted through RI.
