The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan has signed a memorandum of understanding with the National Agency of Perspective Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan, establishing a legal basis for cooperation and aiming to strengthen coordination in capital and insurance markets as well as in the development, regulation and supervision of crypto-assets. The memorandum envisages the exchange of experience and information, reciprocal visits and joint initiatives, and the promotion of innovative financial technologies to support greater financial inclusion and improved operational efficiency.
