The Argentina Securities Commission (CNV) reported that its president, Roberto E. Silva, participated in the 50th Annual Meeting of the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) in Doha, including IOSCO governance and regional sessions, and confirmed that the next Inter-American Regional Committee (IARC) meeting will take place in Buenos Aires in the second half of 2025. During the IOSCO programme, Silva attended the IOSCO Board meeting, a meeting of heads of regulatory authorities, and the IARC meeting where he delivered closing remarks. He also participated in the Growth and Emerging Markets Committee (GEMC) meeting, which progressed work on adoption of the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) Sustainability Disclosure Standards across member jurisdictions.

Silva participated in sessions, including the IOSCO Board and Growth and Emerging Markets Committee meetings, focusing on adopting ISSB Sustainability Disclosure Standards. The next Inter-American Regional Committee meeting will be in Buenos Aires in the latter half of 2025.
