The Financial Conduct Authority has published a notice that Kanda Products and Services Ltd, an FCA-authorised credit broker, entered liquidation on 6 May 2026. Philip Harris and Neville Side of FRP Advisory Trading Limited were appointed as Joint Liquidators. Kanda operated a network of around 700 introducer appointed representatives, mainly tradespeople who introduced consumers to finance for home improvements and other goods and services. In February 2026, Kanda agreed to a voluntary requirement with the FCA that prevented it from appointing new appointed representatives while it addressed weaknesses in its systems and controls. The Joint Liquidators are now responsible for managing the firm's affairs during the liquidation process. The FCA said it will continue to engage with them and take any necessary actions to seek the best outcome for consumers.
