The Australian Securities and Investments Commission suspended Central Accord Pty Ltd’s Australian financial services licence from July 30, 2026, until Feb. 4, 2027, because the company is no longer carrying on a financial services business. Central Accord may ask ASIC to revoke the suspension if it is ready to resume operations before the suspension expires and may seek review by the Administrative Review Tribunal. The company first came to ASIC’s attention after the Australian Financial Complaints Authority expelled it for failing to pay invoices that were more than 12 months overdue, leaving it without the required complaints scheme membership.
