The Vietnam State Securities Commission has issued a notice requiring individuals listed in an attached schedule to pay the prescribed fee to complete procedures for the re-issuance of securities practice certificates, in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges. The fee for re-issuance is VND 1,000,000 per person and can be paid by bank transfer or in person at the Vietnam State Securities Commission. If an individual does not complete the procedure to collect the reissued certificate within one year from the notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that was granted.

Vietnam State Securities Commission requests payment of the VND 1 million fee for reissued securities practice certificates
The Vietnam State Securities Commission requires individuals listed in an attached schedule to pay a VND 1,000,000 fee for the re-issuance of securities practice certificates, as per the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC.
