The Dutch Central Bank has appointed Marije Louisse to succeed Frits-Joost Beekhoven van den Boezem as General Counsel and Director of its Legal Affairs Division from 1 May 2026, with Louisse currently serving as head of Supervision Advice within the division since April 2023 after previously working at the bank as a senior legal counsel and earlier as a banking and finance lawyer at Loyens & Loeff in Amsterdam.

De Nederlandsche Bank has appointed Marije Louisse as General Counsel and Director of its Legal Affairs Division, effective 1 May 2026, succeeding Frits-Joost Beekhoven van den Boezem. Louisse currently heads Supervision Advice within the division and previously served as senior legal counsel at the bank and as a banking and finance lawyer at Loyens & Loeff in Amsterdam.
